She has worked with corporates like IBM and in higher education sectors like IMT CDL Ghaziabad and Shoolini University. She has contributed in the fields of Accreditation, Distance education, E-learning, Academic Operations, Student Welfare, Counselling and Support, International Affiliations, and Faculty Administration.

She holds a post graduate diploma in HR from Narsee Monjee (NGASCE), certification in B.Ed, Certification in Positive Psychology (Applications and Interventions) from University of Pennsylvania.

Her expertise lies in delivering result focused targets with a broad combination of strategic planning, team management, planning and procurement, liaison with internal and external stakeholders with a solution-oriented approach. 

She is passionate about giving back to the students and professionals at large, by leveraging her own expertise for their growth and development as the younger generation being a strong pillar of our society.
